I went into this experience with no expectations, no specific want or need. Although a little nervous, I was open to every opportunity that came to this life energy. When I arrived, I found my sanctuary. It was humbling, comfortable, and I felt more at home than in my actual house. Our conversation began as an everyday chat, in which I found myself opening up about life and the experiences I've had. Love was flowing all around this safe place as my ceremony began. The discoveries and connections I made have brought peace and understanding to what I have been holding onto since I was very young. I will forever cherish this experience and truly feel it opened and saved my life from harming myself. I've been inspired to meditate, actually breathe, and communicate within.
